EXL Reports ("EXL Reports", "we", "us" and terms of similar meaning) provides this web site (in these terms we call this site and any successor websites, and any software provided by EXL Reports for use with the site, the "Site") to you subject to these terms and conditions of use (these "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. By accessing or using the Site or by merely browsing the Site you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all terms, policies and guidelines incorporated by reference in these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms in their entirety, you may not use the Site. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our Web Site.
You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") with respect to our site (the "Site"). This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site.
All EXL REPORT subscription plans include a 15-day free trial.
EXL REPORT is committed to the success of our customers, but through experience, we have found that users have varying requirements, capabilities, and limitations with regard to the types of devices and software they can use, the way their local network is configured, the speed of their internet connection, etc.
After 15 days, no refunds will be issued. A free trial cannot be paused or reinstated if any subscription plan is cancelled or downgraded before the initial trial period has ended.
Furthermore, EXL REPORT does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions. All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period. This includes both month-to-month and annual plans.
Similarly, it is your responsibility to evaluate EXL REPORT including its features, limitations, and system requirements before subscribing to any Paid Plan. EXL REPORT will not issue refunds to customers on the basis of customers not understanding the system requirements, or the presence of compatibility issues, including inadequate internet speed or consistency, or incompatible devices, operating systems, or browser software versions. System incompatibility based on system requirements should be tested during the 15-day free trial.
Subscription Fees
Client's shall pay for all subscription fees, and hereby authorizes EXL REPORT (and its payment processors) to debit Client's bank account or charge Client's credit card, as stated on Client's subscription and billing page. The client agrees that all subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically. The client's shall also be solely responsible for paying and remitting to the appropriate tax authorities all applicable taxes (withholding tax, sales tax, services tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), etc.) or duties imposed by any government entity or collecting agency except those taxes based on EXL REPORT net income. In the event Client fails to satisfy its tax and/or duty obligations herein, Client shall reimburse EXL REPORT upon demand for any taxes and/or duties paid on behalf of Client and shall defend, indemnify and hold EXL REPORT harmless against any claim and/or liability (including penalties) resulting from Client's failure to pay such taxes and/or duties.
Accordingly, EXL REPORT offers a 15-day Free Trial and is happy to extend the trial period for users who need more time to evaluate our software and its compatibility with their specific environment.
Clients of EXL REPORT acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Client cancels their subscription (both month-to-month and annual plans). The client may cancel their subscription anytime. You must email support before the payment due date. However, you can also contact support if you are having difficulty or need help.
All EXL REPORT subscriptions include a 15-day free trial. After 15 days, the chosen Plan is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable; no refunds will be issued. EXL REPORT does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

Client shall directly pay the fees and charges for all third party vendors whose services Client uses in connection with the Services (e.g., internet access providers, telephone carriers, etc.). In addition to any fees charged by EXL REPORT, EXL REPORT reserves the right to charge the Client for any regulatory or governmental fees, contributions, or other charges that are legally required or assessed.
Our Privacy Policy, as it may change from time to time, is a part of this Agreement. By using the Site you agree to our use, collection and disclosure of personally identifiable information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
